Freddy Fender - Freddy Fender, born Baldemar Huerta in San Benito, Texas on June 4, 1938, is a Tejano, country, and rock and roll musician, known for his work as a solo artist and in the groups Los Super Seven and the Texas Tornados.

Fender - The Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, initially named the Fender Electric Instrument Manufacturing Company, was started by Leo Fender in the 1940s, and is one of the most widely recognised manufacturers of electric guitars, electric basses and amplifiers.

Fender Starcaster - The Fender Starcaster was an attempt by the Fender company to enter the semi-hollowbody electric guitar market, which was (and still is) dominated by Gibson's ES-335 and similar designs. It had a unique headstock design, with a painted bottom curve matching the color of the guitar body, that no other Fender guitar has had before or since.

The Freddy - The Freddy was a short-lived 1960s dance craze prompted by the release of the song Do the Freddy by Freddy & the Dreamers. Chubby Checker made it to the TOP 40 with "Let's Do the Freddie" in 1965.
